It’s winter, which means it is a great time to curl up with a book by the fire and a hot beverage. Reading feels so much friendlier when it’s cold and wet outside.

One of my favorite books that I read this year was Destruction by Sharon Bayliss. This series is all about people with somewhat magical powers based on the season. The stars of the book all have winter powers and are called the December People, which I think is fitting for a winter read.
