This week, I have been reading The Mysterious Benedict Society by Trenton Lee Stewart. This series is one of the most well-written and entertaining children's series I have ever read. Although I don't really care for the actual plot of the book, I love the writing style and how Stewart communicates the events in the book. So, this week I didn't really find any amazing author to feature, but my daughter did! She is in first grade and finished another book yesterday, written by Dana Regan. The book was Monkey See, Monkey Do and it talked about the different things that monkeys and people do, like laugh and cry.
