So, I got really bored of this movie. It just dragged on and on. But eventually, the movie wrapped up just like the book. Mr. Thornton became less severe, Margaret became less snooty, the workers got a fair wage, and all was well. Honestly, by the end of the movie I was completely sick of the story. I never did really like any of the characters or story line. Read parts one and two of my review here.
So overall, I didn’t really like the movie version of this book, but I didn’t really like the book itself either, so it’s no real surprise.
