Word: Floccinaucinihilipilification Noun Pronunciation: flok-suh-naw-suh-nahy-hil-uh-pil-uh-fi-key-shuh n, or your best guess. Definition: Judging something as completely worthless. A trivial matter. If anyone can actually use this word legitimately… No, I don’t think it’s possible. Floccinaucinihilipilification is supposed to be the longest word in English that is not a technical or medical word.
